6:30am sighting by two hunters driving 100 yds south of Cooper's Landing

The witness was driving with a relative on a river road in early morning light when a large, black, soaking-wet creature jumped from the river side onto the road in front of them. The creature then leapt up the bluff on the opposite side and disappeared without sound. The witnesses stopped, looked for it briefly, then continued to their hunting area after a short discussion.
