Photo taken of a possible print near Lake Esler and memory told of a daylight sighting near Deerhead Lake

The witness had left a truck stuck and flooded in overflow water near a lake in late June 2012. When he returned the next morning with friends to tow it out, they found a large, very fresh footprint about 30 feet from the truck. They photographed the print with a hat for scale and speculated it had come down a ravine to look at the truck before stepping over a snowbank into the woods.
