Second report of scream by resident near Red Top Mountain State Park
The reporter relayed relatives' account of hearing a howl in early afternoon during a heavy rainstorm. The sound was described as similar to a howl heard in the same location in May but about half as long. Neighborhood dogs howled and barked in response to the sound.
