The witness was riding a motorbike slowly down an overgrown track when the route opened into a clearing. About 30 yards ahead, a very tall dark-brown figure ran left to right at full speed with pumping arms. The witness watched for about five seconds, then turned around and rode several miles back to a family cabin.

Two witnesses driving west on Highway 41 between Three Lakes and Tioga around sunset stopped to watch a tall white-furred biped standing on a hilltop south of the road. They described it as human-like but much larger, covered in long flowing hair, watching them from about 100 to 150 feet away for about 30 seconds. They then left unnerved, stating they had consumed only coffee.
