Man recalls daytime sighting 30 years ago as a seismic hole driller in the Angelina National Forest

While taking a break from seismic drilling on machines in a forest opening, the witness and a coworker noticed the woods go unusually quiet. The witness saw a large dark hairy figure stand up about 100 yards away and walk bipedally across the opening before disappearing into a ravine. The sighting lasted only seconds, and the coworker verbally confirmed seeing it.
