Woman witnesses creature crossing the road.

Late at night the witness was driving with a companion and a child in the car on a short back road. As she came over a rise, she saw a very large being with red eyes run across the road ahead. She reached the crossing point seconds later but it had vanished into an open field with trees behind it. The companion, who was reading, did not see it.

Brother and sister experience rocks being thrown from the woods.

The witness and a sibling companion walked to a creek where a bridge used to be one evening. They smelled an odd odor, felt watched, and then had rocks thrown at them as they tried to leave. While walking and then running toward the road they heard large, heavy movement in the trees on both sides that seemed to follow them.

The Database of Unexplained Encounters. Claims are recorded as claims: the Anomadex catalogues what people reported, where it was reported, and how sure I am that it was read correctly. It does not rule on what they saw.

A quick ask from the person behind the Anomadex: if you allow analytics, Google Analytics shows me which places, phenomena and searches you're most curious about. That tells me which regions and sources to add next and what to make easier to find. It never sees your name or anything you send me, and nothing is set unless you say yes. Privacy
