The witness and his family were staying in a fifth-wheel trailer with the windows open on a cool cloudy night. Around 2 a.m. the witness heard loud scream-like howls from different directions that seemed to answer each other for about ten minutes while appearing to move. Dogs in a nearby town began barking almost immediately.
