Daytime sighting by teenagers on the edge of Carmacks

The witness and a friend were sitting on a forest trail near a small lake during the day when they noticed a foul odor. The friend gave a warning and fled, and the witness then saw a large furry biped running across the trail, seen from the waist down, before it disappeared into the woods. The pair returned to the house and found no tracks when they checked the next day.
