Bigfoot howls heard west of Hideaway Lake, 9 miles south of Sabine River
The witness reports hearing prolonged howls from the forested area behind the home during the early morning hours, believing there were two sources at different distances. When the witness shone a flashlight toward the tree line the nearer howling stopped while the farther howling continued, followed by two metallic taps on a nearby wire fence line. Two neighbors later said they also heard the sounds. No visual observation is reported.

The witness went to check cattle on leased land near the south Sulphur River and found a single clear heavy barefoot-like imprint in gravel-mixed soil just inside a gate in a secluded area. The witness noted only a few people have access and saw no reason for anyone to be barefoot there. The witness photographed the imprint with a scale object and searched the area for additional prints.

The witness and her son were hunting from a deer stand at dusk when they heard prolonged pig squealing followed by silence and then saw deer behaving erratically. Minutes later they heard repeated groups of wood-on-wood knocks answered from different directions, then a deep warbling growling talking-like sound that was not English. Frightened, they left the stand without ever seeing an animal.

A witness staying for a long weekend at a cabin near a lake reports repeated evening disturbances. Around sunset Thursday she heard a human-like owl hooting followed by birds falling silent, then a rock-like impact on the cabin wall. Similar rock-like impacts on the cabin were heard after dark on Friday and Saturday nights, and a companion later heard loud rustling and a loud tree-strike sound behind the cabin Sunday morning.
Couple describes sasquatch incidents around rural home 22 miles south of Longview
The witness was [name withheld] when she felt watched and noticed a pair of red eyes looking through the bathroom window, partly obscured by a plant. She looked away startled, the motion light came on, and when she looked back the eyes were gone. Her partner later estimated from her indication that the eyes had been about 6 ft 8 in to 7 ft off the ground and about 6 inches apart, and found no tracks or marks outside.

The witness and a relative were camped in a tent on a deer lease near a creek and river in Texas. Late at night they heard distant whooping calls that approached along the water to close range and continued for over an hour, ending with a deep powerful growl while the surrounding woods went silent. The witness reported falling asleep out of fear during the sounds, and no visual encounter was described.

The witness was driving after taking kids to school and slowing to turn when a tall black figure was noticed just behind the treeline. The figure was upright on two thick legs and ran quickly deeper into the woods when the witness slowed for a better look. Four campers sitting around a campfire at night heard two deep howls from the south, then a higher-pitched howl from the northwest, followed about 20 minutes later by a close whoop. Through the night they also heard brush breaking, grunts around 1 a.m., and noticed a slight odor. A morning search found nothing solid, though exploration toward the first vocalizations reportedly revealed a freshly snapped elevated branch.

The witness called back, then searched with a rifle scope and caught a brief glimpse of shaggy reddish-brown legs as the source fled through the trees. The witness was driving west on Highway 60 after crossing the Brazos River around 2:45 a.m. when a large dark shape on the roadside rose to a standing position and stepped or leapt into the darkness. The view lasted about two seconds at highway speed, revealing a very tall, thick bipedal figure that appeared dark with no discernible features. The witness, who said they had not previously believed in such beings, reported being shaken and convinced by what they saw.
Woman home alone north of Greenville claims unusual nightly visitor
On the night of April 18, 2020 the witness was at home when a dog began barking persistently and a loud guttural growl was heard at the back door, also noticed by a cat. After waking her husband, who saw nothing from the back door, the witness called the dog from the front door and saw it react toward the back of the property. Looking from a guest-room window, she then watched a huge dark figure moving quickly across the neighbor's pasture to the northwest.

The witness described driving into the back entrance of his subdivision late at night on two occasions within the last month. Both times deer gathered by the road suddenly fled as he passed, and he saw in his rearview mirror a large brown biped come out of the adjacent forest, run a few steps toward his car, then turn away out of view. He reported being scared and said he could give no further detail, recalling no odor or sound during the road encounters.

Late at night the witness and companions stopped while driving remote dirt roads and the witness scanned a clearing with a night-vision monocular. The witness claims a large dark shape stood bipedally and moved with long smooth strides behind a mesquite tree, where it remained as an indistinct dark shape. No recording was made and none of the companions saw the figure.

In spring 2016 after returning home from an evening walk near his home, the witness looked back across an open field toward the woods and saw the back of a tall, broad, hair-covered upright creature standing still about 150 yards away. After a few seconds it moved quickly into the woods. He later estimated it was over seven feet tall with no visible neck and a peaked, caramel-colored head and back.

The witness was hammock camping with a companion in the forest before dawn. He heard a sharp close clack followed seconds later by a distant double-knock that he interpreted as a call and response. He heard no footsteps or other sounds, and his companion did not hear the knocks. Given the still conditions he said he could think of no other cause for the sounds.
