Early morning sighting by a motorist along Route 6 near Foster
The witness was driving east on Route 6 near the Connecticut-Rhode Island line around 2 a.m. A dark, bipedal animal crossed the road from right to left in front of the car and stepped over the guardrail in one motion. It then took a few steps down an embankment and disappeared from view. The whole encounter lasted less than 30 seconds.

Possible stick formation found by hiker in the Great Swamp
The witness hiked into Great Swamp to search for bigfoot evidence. Off a side path, the witness found a young tree snapped at about six feet high and a small woven-looking stick formation nearby. Nothing else unusual was found.
