Father and son hear possible vocalizations and knocks on their property west of Indianapolis
The witness was changing a tire on his car at about 10PM when he heard powerful whooping calls from the woods behind his residence, followed by wood knocks. He said the calls resembled those he had heard on this site. He reported having heard primate-like calls from the same woods for about eighteen months and believes one or more animals are living there.

The witness was walking a puppy in the early morning near a wooded area across the road. She heard a loud unfamiliar howl from a short distance in front of her, then a second howl that seemed to move as she moved, followed by several short whoops. Frightened, she ran back to the house.
