The witness and a companion were night fishing at a reservoir when they heard an unfamiliar loud vocalization. The witness described himself as an experienced outdoorsman and said the sound resembled Bigfoot sounds heard online and was not a known animal. The howl was heard from a distance twice, about 15 to 20 minutes apart.

Four teenage friends parked south of the reservoir dam on a May evening and talked outside the car. They heard a loud howl-scream from the woods followed by sounds of something large moving through brush. Frightened, they got back in the car and drove away without seeing the source.
