Possible sighting in woods separating farms west of Tarrytown

The witness returned with a dog to an abandoned campsite to collect leftover camping items. While crossing a field, the witness saw a reddish-brown figure with long arms and an oval head standing motionless in the treeline about 300-400 feet away. The witness then ran away.
