Hikers find footprints near Pell City

Two people walking along a creekbank found two human-like footprints, one partial ball-only print stepping up from the creek and one full print. The full print was roughly human foot length but narrow and pressed deeply into dirt, which the witness could only replicate by stomping with a boot heel. The witnesses describe themselves as avid hunters and state the prints did not match bear or other known wildlife they have seen.
