Soldier reports possible vocalizations during a morning group run at Fort Leonard Wood
The witness was leading a group morning run on a wooded trail when the group found large healthy trees blocking the track. Near the back wooded section the witness heard multiple whoop-like yells from both sides at a distance and smelled a strong musky sewage-like odor along the route. The witness ran back toward the start, where the rest of the group also reported hearing the sounds and discussing them as bigfoot calls.
Mother & daughter hear possible vocalizations outside a home near Richland
The witness and her adult daughter were in the garden near the house at night when they heard a loud screaming vocalization from the nearby wood line. The sound was described as a short whoop-like scream followed by a long deep howl, which frightened them and sent the usually bold dog under the house. After returning inside, the witness later heard snapping and cracking sounds in the woods and compared the vocalization to recorded Bigfoot sounds online.

The witness was bow hunting alone from a tree stand at Camp Robinson in October 2010. After dark he heard a very loud, deep, gravelly growl/yell from an estimated 150-200 yards away, then heard it again closer while walking out. He left quickly without seeing the source and later could not match the sound to known animal recordings.

On a summer night in 1990 the witness walked up a field road near his home when he heard a loud whistle followed by screams from nearby ridges. As he fled back toward his house he heard another scream close by and was followed to the creek behind his house, where he heard heavy breathing, growling and bipedal footsteps. He fired a large amount of ammunition toward the sounds without seeing the source, then stayed inside overnight, and the next day found bullet damage to trees and a flattened depression but no blood or tracks.

The witness was walking with friends when the group found a single bare footprint in melting snow. They told the witness's parents, returned with a tape measure, and photographed the print, which measured 13 to 14 inches long and looked wide. No creature was seen, and the print was described as heading back toward the woods.
