The witness reports hearing strange laughter-like sounds from woods near a companion's house over several months, later followed by almost nightly yard disturbances. Other household members and a neighbor also heard the sounds, and trash was disturbed, items knocked over, and apples went missing while dogs barked. The witness never saw the source and states no physical evidence was recovered, with activity stopping when weather turned cold.

The witness reports hearing a very loud high-pitched scream on two to three occasions in the middle of the night while awake in bed, once loud enough to wake her. On one occasion she woke her sleeping husband, who also heard the screeches. She first thought it was another animal but later wondered if it could have been a bigfoot.
