Possible daytime road crossing on SR 32 near Jasper
The witness was driving east with his spouse around midday when he noticed a dark figure on the highway center line less than a quarter-mile ahead. The figure took about four steps to cross the road and berm and disappeared into the roadside treeline. When the vehicle reached the crossing point no person or animal was visible, and the spouse had not seen the figure.
Possible stalking on mountain outside Troy
The witness and two companions drove late at night to a wooded hilltop lookout, spent 15 to 20 minutes on top, then started walking downhill toward the car. While descending they heard heavy footsteps on both sides that kept pace with them and estimated five or six unseen individuals from groupings of footfalls. They shouted warnings, received no verbal response, then ran to the car and drove away without ever seeing the source.
Family hears strange screams off Highway 54
The witness was mushroom hunting with relatives in a heavily wooded hollow when the group noticed a horrible smell with no apparent source. They returned to the car, and shortly after heard a loud scream that was compared to a panther scream. The group did not investigate and left quickly, in the context of known local Mo Mo sightings.
Possible encounters at a home located on a steep hillside near Ransom
The witness was sitting outside on a warm late evening visiting with his father when he heard steady bipedal-sounding footsteps descending the steep wooded hill behind the house. The sounds grew closer to the treeline, stopped and shuffled briefly, then returned up the hill until out of earshot. The witness saw no light and heard no voice, and his father heard nothing.
Two teens find prints in the snow near Kimper
Two teenagers hiking in snowy hills found very large bare footprints that ended after a short distance. Frightened, they returned home without looking up to see what made them. The witness still wonders whether something was above in the trees.
