Driver sees bipedal creature in headlights near Yellowstone hot spot
The witness was driving with a companion from Yellowstone's east gate toward Cody after dark when a dark, large bipedal figure crossed the road in front of the van in about two strides. Both occupants joked about having seen a sasquatch and attributed it to tiredness, continuing without turning back. The witness recalled the moment later after reading about a cast and hotspot reports.

Memory told of heavy, bipedal running heard while camping in Yellowstone National Park
In the winter of 1980 the witness and a relative camped overnight in a tent in Yellowstone after hiking and fishing. Around 10 at night while inside the tent they heard and felt something large and heavy run past on two legs for about ten seconds. They remained inside terrified until daybreak and found no tracks in the morning.
