Possible nighttime sighting while walking dogs near Norwich

Late at night the witness took two leashed dogs for a walk on a moonlit dead-end street. The witness first watched a human-shaped figure move from bushes toward the back of a neighbor's house, then waited near the end of the street and saw a hair-covered biped run across a lawn into adjacent woods. The dogs barked intensely and pulled toward the creature.
