Man finds large, human-like footprints in mud while jogging near his home (photos included)
The witness was out running and during cool down noticed possible footprints in dried mud beside a road. The impressions were larger than the witness's size 13 shoe, some showing toe impressions, spaced about 6 to 7 feet apart in a straight narrow line and sunk rather than skidded. The witness photographed the impressions but remained unsure they were actual tracks because of many nearby boot and shoe prints.

Possible early morning vocalization at Fool's Hollow Lake
The witness was camping overnight with family and friends at a lake near Show Low. At about 3:45 a.m. the witness awoke to a very loud, prolonged, angry-sounding howl from a distance, followed by the sound of a rabbit in distress. A friend camping with the group also said the unfamiliar sound woke him.
