Dark figure crosses the road at night in front of motorist near High Ridge

The witness was driving south late at night when an upright dark figure came off a wooded hillside and crossed the road in front of the vehicle. The figure crossed from west to east about 30 feet ahead and continued up the opposite hill within about three to four seconds. The witness described it as roughly seven to eight feet tall with a stocky build.
