Possilble daylight sighting by hikers (at 300-400 yds.) in Chadron State Park
Two hikers on a park trail noticed a distant tall figure covered in black fur standing on a limestone ridge. They watched it for several minutes as it stood upright and swayed before it walked behind rocks and disappeared into the forest. A third hiker walking ahead did not see it.

Three witnesses observe large creature run in front of them while parked in Red Cloud State Park
The witness and two companions were sitting in a parked car at a campground campsite at night. A very tall, slender bipedal figure ran across their front view about 40 feet away at high speed, seen only as a silhouette in moonlight. The group was frightened and left immediately without driving toward the direction it went. The witness later felt no human could have run that fast through the brush and vegetation.
