Two companions driving home along a lonely forested dirt road on a cold November night reported seeing a hair-covered human-like figure jogging ahead on the roadside. They slowed and pulled alongside to offer help, observing its flat face, small nose and mouth, and unusually long arms as it kept jogging silently and looked into the vehicle. Frightened, they accelerated away and saw in the rearview mirror that it continued loping along the road, so the driver stayed overnight rather than drive back alone.
