Resident sees two sets of large green eyes reflecting spotlight around 1am near Holt
Late at night the witness was outside with dogs and scanned with a spotlight toward a soybean field clearing about 300 feet away. The light revealed two sets of reflective eyes estimated to be about seven feet high that moved behind a bush and repeatedly peeked out. After watching them disappear and reappear, the witness went inside for about twenty minutes and returned to find the area empty.
Possible night time sighitng by motorist on Chazy Lake Road outside Saranac
Early on a February morning in 2005, the witness was driving along Chazy Lake Road toward work when a dark figure rose from a roadside ditch ahead. The figure, described as human-shaped but slouched, moved into the woods within about five seconds. The witness only saw the upper two-thirds of the body and could not estimate height or weight.
Police Officers hear unusual vocalizations at remote camp
Two companions were sitting on the porch of a rarely used hunting cabin at night after a noisy day of target shooting. They heard a loud, persistent, unfamiliar vocalization from across the hollow that seemed to move behind the camp over 15-20 minutes. They retired inside with no further incident, and a next-day search found no tracks or other sign.
