Solo female backpacker reports sasquatch vocals and knocks at 3am at Timothy Lake, 18mi S of Mt. Hood
The witness was backpacking around Timothy Lake and sleeping in a tent. Around 3 a.m. on two nights, the witness heard loud repeated howl-like yells from across the lake that lasted several minutes. On the second night, immediately after the vocalizations ended, the witness heard a loud wood knock from nearby to the south.

Two backpackers were sleeping at a camp along the Timberline Trail when they were awakened around midnight by loud wood-on-wood knocking from below. The knocks came from the same direction and distance in repeated series over about three hours. One backpacker fell back asleep while the other remained awake, and their stored packs were later found undisturbed.

A group of five hiked an old closed ridge road around midnight under moonlight. After the leader produced knocks, responsive knocking came from timber about 50 feet away where a shadowy figure was seen, and the leader exchanged sounds with it. As the group hiked back to their cars they were flanked with glowing eyes, vocalizations and rustling.
Possible activity experienced by campers at a popular campground in the Mount Hood National Forest
The witness and two companions camped in the Mt Hood National Forest with a barrel of animal entrails intended as bait. Over three days they reported loud screams from a nearby ridge, nighttime wood knocks, heavy steps and snapping twigs, and found their camp table apparently bitten through. They moved the bait pile away from camp, later found most of it missing with a wet sweet dog-like odor at the site.
