The child described a tall brown hairy figure watching her, with upright hair on top of its head, taller than a parent, and said it was not a cow from a nearby pasture. The witness was riding a horse alone on a forested trail in the late evening while working as a camp horse instructor. When the horse became spooked and ran with its reins loose, she saw a large white-colored figure moving parallel to her among the trees. The figure was about as tall as she was on horseback and kept pace with the running horse for a short time, leaving her frightened for hours.
