Noon sighting by fisherman, on the shore of the Churchill River

Around noon the witness was fishing alone from a boat after landing a large pike when he felt watched. He turned to see a tall, upright, hair-covered animal standing on the shore 70 to 100 yards away looking at him. After brief eye contact the animal turned and walked into the forest like a man, frightening the witness who then returned to camp.
