The witness was traveling to work just before dawn and noticed movement across an overgrown farm field. After braking thinking it might be a deer, the witness saw a tall bipedal figure running fast toward the woods. The witness stopped about 75 feet from where it disappeared into the woods but did not see it again.

The witness was driving home from a night shift around 3 a.m. in falling snow when they noticed a white figure in the road that first resembled a large goat. As they approached, the figure stood upright in the middle of the road, appearing taller than the car, muscular and covered in dirty white-gray hair, then froze as the vehicle passed. When the witness checked the mirrors immediately after passing, the figure was gone.

They drove the perimeter with night vision and a high beam and saw eyeshine high in trees near a pond. After turning on the headlights, the witness saw a tall hairy creature standing in the road about 30 yards away staring at them. Two men driving home from night fishing in the early morning hours saw an upright animal in their headlights on the west roadside. The animal took a long step to the center line, paused and looked at the vehicle occupants, then dropped to its knuckles and swung its body to the east shoulder where it disappeared from view.

The witness was hunting squirrels alone late in the afternoon along an old road near a swamp. After smelling a strong foul odor and hearing growls, hoot-like sounds, footsteps and brush movement, the witness continued toward a clearing. The witness then saw a tall reddish hairy creature cross the road behind them in one step and run into the brush, then ran to the truck and left.

The witness and a companion walked a creek in the late afternoon, and the witness climbed a steep bank to continue on land. From the bank the witness saw a large hair-covered biped in dense woods that moved away very quickly. The companion remained in the creek bed and did not see it, and both left the area along the creek as light faded.

Late at night the witness went outside after dogs barked and noticed a strong foul odor. Under yard lighting he saw a tall hairy biped just beyond a nearby fence. When shouted at, it walked away upright. A relative later said she had been awakened that night by a deep growling sound.

A very large white figure estimated at about seven feet tall ran across the road in front of the car from one woodline to the other under high-beam illumination. The figure moved very fast without looking toward the car and disappeared into the trees.

The witness was coonhunting with dogs in flooded timber at night when the dogs treed separately. After catching their own dogs, the witness heard wading steps, a growl and a whistling sound and smelled a strong putrid odor while the dogs whimpered. The witness then saw a very tall hair-covered creature standing behind them that hissed and splashed water toward them before the witness fled. The creature followed briefly then moved away making moaning sounds, and the witness saw a very large four-toed footprint while leaving.

He returned the next morning to photograph one impression with a shotgun and boot for scale. They watched it for about 8-10 seconds before it disappeared. The witness estimated it was at least 6 to 7 feet tall, did not follow it out of fear, and a later return found no traces or tracks because the ground was very hard.

The witness was driving at night on a forested highway near the Oklahoma-Arkansas border when a tall, slender, hair-covered figure sprinted across the road in front of the vehicle. The figure was seen clearly in bright headlights at close range and crossed from south to north with very long strides. The witness was certain it was neither a bear nor a human.

The witness walked about 50 feet ahead and encountered a huge, tall, hairy creature kneeling. The creature chased the witness, and both individuals fled out of the woods. The witness was driving an 18-wheeler north on Highway 71 near the Sulphur River around 1 a.m. when headlights revealed a trunk-like shape with red shining eyes on the roadside by the water. As the truck got closer, the shape turned and walked on two legs into the swampy brush with large quick steps. As the truck passed the spot, a loud scream was heard over the engine noise with the windows closed, and the witness continued driving without stopping.
