Ongoing activity in a rural setting near Nestlow

On the evening of Feb. 16, 2009, the reporter's brother called to say he had seen an unknown figure in his yard near his chicken house. The figure was in profile and angled so it could watch the house and driveway, appeared aware of being seen, and was gone when the brother stepped onto his screened porch after yelling. Two dogs normally nearby were absent at the time.
