Motorist sights dirty-white upright creature near the town of Kansas
The witness was driving home from the store in the early evening when she noticed a white figure squatting by the highway near a creek. She drove toward it for a closer look and stopped about 10 yards away, at which point it stood up, turned slowly, and walked calmly into the woods. She described it as very large, dirty-white and furry, taller than a nearby street sign, and unlike anything she had seen before.

Two occupants of a Jeep returning to base camp late at night noticed a large, dark, upright figure walking in the road ahead of their headlights. The figure, described as broad, massive and moving smoothly, stepped off into a ditch and into the woods as the vehicle approached. After stopping, one occupant heard sounds in the woods and both then saw a head-and-shoulders shape move quickly between trees before the area went quiet.

The witness stopped at the roadside by a lake shore before dawn while commuting to work and noticed a strong musky odor and a woofing sound. A tall dark-haired entity stood up beside the witness, shook a small tree, made a squealing bark sound, then strode past onto and across the road into pines as a truck approached. The witness immediately left the area.
Night time road side observation
The witness was driving slowly back into a rural subdivision at night in sleet and ice with bright lights on. The witness saw a large hairy mass the size of a large deer on the roadside that stood up, took two steps, dropped to its knuckles and lunged into the woods. A relative riding in the vehicle did not confirm the sighting, and a same-night search with another relative found nothing. After being iced in for three days, the witness returned and found a single footprint, which was stepped in and destroyed.

As a child playing outside with a dog, the witness saw a large white hair-covered creature standing behind the dog pen staring. The witness froze briefly then ran terrified down the yard to a relative. When the relative looked, the creature was gone.
Hunters observe creature walking in the woods
In 1990 the witness and a companion set up in a field behind the home to hunt varmints after chickens had been killed, using a fawn distress call. While listening near dark they heard walking in the woodline about 150 meters away that sounded bipedal. After it got too dark to see, they stood up, shone a light toward the woodline and briefly glimpsed something stepping back, then heard sounds again as a deer ran very close past them.

The witness and a relative paddled a rowboat across a lake toward a fishing trail. As they neared the far shoreline after birds flushed, the witness saw a dark-haired, man-like animal running away while looking back at them. The witness panicked, screamed, and paddled rapidly back to camp without seeing the animal again.
