Marines on night manuevers spot an 8' tall bigfoot up in trees on Quantico Marine Base

Three Marines were moving on foot at night through woods on base during a training exercise after their compass route looped them back toward the start. After correcting course, they heard cracking, turned on flashlights, and saw a large hairy figure about 20 yards away positioned high between two trees pulling them together. They fled when they heard a heavy thud and crashing pursuit behind them, running to their pickup vehicle and leaving.
