Night time sighting on I-25 within Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge

The witness was driving south on Interstate 25 with his wife on Christmas Eve 1986 when both saw a tall, hairy figure run across the highway heading west. The driver pulled over to shine headlights toward it, but the figure had gone over an embankment and was not seen again.
