Daylight sighting by a backpacker on Silver Star Mountain (See Photos)

While solo backpacking on the summit, the witness noticed a strange shape on the ridge across from him and photographed it. The shape then stood up and moved south away from the witness and down the hill out of sight. The witness struggled to move in waist-deep snow while the figure appeared to move easily, and the witness did not believe it was another backpacker or snowshoer.
