Motorists observe a tall white/grey biped and red eyes north of Hays

The witness was driving north with two companions after shopping when they noticed red glowing eyes on the west side of the road. Two occupants then saw a tall white to light-grey figure cross the road in two to three steps. After stopping, the group saw another set of red glowing eyes on the east side about 8 to 9 feet off the ground where the figure had disappeared.
