The witness and his wife were driving home at sunset when a large dark figure crouched in their lane. They braked as headlights lit it, and it stood to about eight feet, covered its face, then stepped over a fence post and ran toward the woods. Both occupants smelled a strong foul odor like garbage or a dead animal.

The figure crossed from left to right in a few strides and disappeared over the roadside bank. The witness was sitting at a mountain camp near water around midday when they noticed a bear-like odor and spotted movement on a nearby ridge. A dark, almost black figure initially mistaken for a man stood up from the ground and walked calmly across the ridgetop, close enough for footstep sounds to be heard, before descending out of sight. The witness emphasized the figure was much larger than a bear.

The witness was driving home from work in the early morning when a large creature crossed the highway in front of the car. The creature was walking upright and covered the road in three large steps. As the witness drove past the location, a musty odor like wet canvas was noticed.

A large black-and-gray upright figure with humanlike facial features watched the witness from underbrush for 1-2 minutes before turning and leaving through thick brush. The witness retreated to a vehicle and later estimated the figure was at least seven feet tall from measuring the standing spot.
