Husband and wife recall daytime sighting while their boys swam in Tipsaw Lake near Leopold

The witness and his wife were picnicking at a closed lake beach around noon while their two young children swam nearby. The witness noticed a tall dark figure on a hillside near the dam that came down to the water's edge and paced while facing the children. After joint observation, the figure moved up the dam and the family left the area.
