Woman kayaking with family at Sullivan lake sees bigfoot
The witness was kayaking on Sullivan Lake with family when she passed a rope swing on a steep bank. She saw a very tall, silver-furred, human-like figure sitting still on a stump watching her from about 15 yards. After she looked ahead and back, the figure was gone with only bushes moving. Later that evening her niece, who had been ahead, asked if she had seen the figure by the rope swing.

The witness and a companion were driving in the evening near Ione when headlights illuminated a small hair-covered biped standing on the highway. They braked to avoid hitting it and viewed it briefly for a second or two. The companion then drove away from the scene.
