She saw a large fur-covered creature on its knees drinking, which then stood up very tall and stepped over a stump. She ran screaming toward the trailer while the creature also screamed, and her companion heard it screaming and breaking trees as it moved away.

The witness and a friend were sitting on a truck tailgate at night when they heard a disturbance in a crab apple tree. They approached and watched a large pale bipedal animal leave the tree and cross the highway with a swishing foot sound before disappearing. They searched with family that night without result, but the next day found scuffed tracks, broken branches, and fallen apples.
