A driver traveling west on Interstate 90 in Wyoming late at night reported seeing a large, hair-covered biped cross the highway ahead of the car. The figure was described as stooped with broad shoulders and no visible neck, and it turned toward the vehicle showing red eyeshine. The driver said it was not a person or bear and was unlike anything previously seen.

Late at night the witness looked out a lit room window and saw a very tall copper-haired figure filling the window, with a hair-covered face and large round brown eyes. The witness stared into its eyes without fear at the time and felt it was a female that had lost its young. After the witness's mother screamed, the mother and others in and near the house caught a glimpse as it left toward the area behind the house.

A group fishing and swimming from a sandbar noticed a large hairy human-like figure on a distant limestone cliff ledge. The figure jumped between ledges and waved its arms for 5 to 10 minutes, then jumped into a gully and disappeared. The group later hiked to the area but found no tracks in the rocky terrain.
