Two witnesses recall sighting as teens near Monticello

The witness and a companion were on bicycles watching deer near a logged hollow. After the deer fled, the pair saw a tall upright creature moving swiftly and silently down the hill toward where the deer had been. After watching it cover ground quickly, both fled on their bikes and did not return to the property.
