Motorist and passenger see large creature cross the road
The witness was driving at night with a passenger when a large hair-covered biped appeared in the headlights. The creature bounded across the two-lane highway and leaped from near the center line to the roadside bank. It stayed upright throughout the brief sighting before disappearing into brush and darkness.

The witness and a companion pulled into a gas-well site in the early morning and turned headlights on a shape resembling a new stump. The shape stood up and fled on two legs with long strides, remaining still briefly when first illuminated. The witness described its camouflage as exceptional and said it uses upper open ground surrounded by dense brush.
