Afternoon sighting by motorist, Wilbur Cross Parkway, approx midway between Berlin and Woodbridge

The witness was riding as a passenger in a daytime car trip when she noticed a very tall hair-covered biped in a clearing beside the road. The figure was walking north and she kept watching it as the car passed until she lost sight of it. She told the driver what she had seen, but the driver had been driving and did not see the figure.
