Road crossing sightings of a bigfoot on different days 35 miles NW of Myrtle Beach

In the early afternoon on January 16, 2026, the witness and a companion were traveling west toward Lake City when the companion alerted the witness to something beside the road. Both reportedly saw a roughly six-foot-tall black-haired biped quickly cross the road left to right in a few steps. It then went down a sharp embankment into a swampy pine thicket near a bridge over the river.
