Motorist has close encounter on Mallard Point Road near Lake Norfork
Late at night the witness stopped at a stop sign while driving out of a subdivision after visiting a friend. An upright, hairy figure emerged from the woods and moved quickly toward the driver's side door, prompting the witness to drive away quickly. In the rearview mirror the witness saw the figure cross the road behind the vehicle. The witness also reported a strong skunk-like and urine odor despite closed windows.

Two men driving home from night fishing in the early morning hours saw an upright animal in their headlights on the west roadside. The animal took a long step to the center line, paused and looked at the vehicle occupants, then dropped to its knuckles and swung its body to the east shoulder where it disappeared from view.

The witness drove to a relative's house to check on dogs kept there in a fenced area. A small figure described as an adolescent bigfoot ran from the woods into the yard between the house and garage. The witness remained in the car feeling watched, saw the dogs were okay, then left out of fear.
Teenager has sighting near Ozark National Forest
The witness, home from school, was standing in woods near a deep ravine when they heard something walking through leaves. They then watched for a few seconds a very large, hairy figure walking upright uphill about 50-100 yards away, with its head obscured by branches. The figure quickly disappeared, and when the witness crossed to the other side they found nothing, noticed complete silence, became frightened, and ran home to tell a relative who did not believe them.
