The witness was driving with relatives in the late afternoon when he glanced toward a ridge-top power-line clearing and saw a tall, hair-covered biped. He watched for several seconds as it moved quickly toward the woods with a hunched posture and long arm swings. He turned the vehicle around to look again, but it had gone into the woods, and none of the other occupants had seen it.
