Vocalization in Louisiana
The guest and two companions camped for the first time on a large rural property. During the first night they heard a fast-moving loud vocalization, prolonged limb-snapping, stomping and tree-shaking across a field. Later the guest sensed being watched, investigated a thicket and encountered an overpowering ammonia-like odor that he interpreted as a threat display.

The witness's brothers camped overnight at alpine lakes years ago and reported a large animal sniffing, pushing their tent, making moaning sounds, and leaving tracks on their vehicle.

After moving in, the couple heard whistles, whoops, footsteps and had pebbles thrown, with trail cameras failing. On a cold night about a year ago they sat quietly with lights off, heard a group approach talking, then lit them with flashlights. They describe one tall figure by a deck, one smaller figure lying prone that blinked, others peeking from trees, and others slapping buildings as a distraction before all left down a ridge.

A few weeks later the guest returned to the same area with three companions and camped in the pines. After limb-snapping and a deep primate-like call, something approached the tent at night, growled in front and then circled it with light footsteps on pine needles. At daylight they found a large footprint-like impression inches behind the tent where one companion's head had been.
Footsteps in Wisconsin
The witness and his young son went squirrel hunting in a public forest reached through a swamp. On the trail back they heard loud bipedal footsteps, heavy raspy breathing, and a powerful growl from very close range but saw nothing despite sparse cover. The unseen presence paced them for about a hundred yards, then growled again and ran toward them through the swamp as they reached the truck and left.
Sasquatch sighting in Arkansas
A couple set up a tent late at night in a small Arkansas river campground and noticed broken trees, a single large glowing eye by the river, then two large eyes watching from uphill. After going to sleep they were awakened by bipedal footsteps, owl-like calls turning to chatter, pebbles hitting the tent, touches to the tent and truck, and movement around camp. The man blew an air horn, they fled in their truck, later returned in daylight to find large footprints and discovered his phone had recorded sounds through the night.
Partial sighting in Tennessee
Over later visits to the same woods the witness and friends found a hair-covered shape curled like a stump, had a softball-sized rock thrown at their group, found a hung bait bucket punched open and emptied, felt hot breath and heard a grunt behind them with nothing seen, and found logs arranged like benches that gave an overwhelming feeling of dread. The witness also relayed a friend's solo report of something large jumping tree to tree with a shadow passing overhead.
Sasquatch sighting near Sulphur
The witness set a stocked tent and table at a campground campsite then hid with blankets over the truck windows to appear absent. After hearing trash lids, stick-dragging, post taps, a wood knock and owl-like hoots, two bipeds approached the truck and rummaged in the bed, clanking propane tanks. Later another pair ate melons at the table, and morning light revealed scuffs, an overturned generator, missing tanks, a handprint and bitten fruit.
Vocalization in North Carolina
After moving to a house backing to a mountain, the witness heard a loud female-like yelling from up the mountain late at night. The next day his dog refused to continue up the trail. He found a cleaned small animal skull in the middle of the trail with unusual scat containing flowers. He reports ongoing strange night noises that residents leave alone.

After the family guard dog died, the household noticed an absence of bears, deer and other animals and a series of odd events. Large and strategic trees blocked paths to the creek, owl-like hoots and coyote-like sounds approached each other then turned violent, and something breathed, growled, scraped and slapped at windows, trailer and shed, mostly when the witness worked nights. The other dog became afraid to go out alone.
Vocalization in Kansas
While walking near a creek the witness heard something wading bipedally through water and making a lip-rattling sound similar to one the witness often makes. The witness tried to parallel it to see through an opening but only caught a brief flash of light auburn hair. After circling, the witness found a wet step on a root and bark pulled back where something appeared to have climbed out, but saw nothing further.

A survey crew found a deboned elk with very large footprints and heard strange noises on the same trip.
Vocalization
About 12 years earlier the witness and a relative were deer hunting at daybreak when a strange-acting deer approached, they shot it, then heard a loud roar-growl turning into a scream, with branches breaking and limbs and large rocks thrown toward them until they abandoned the kill and left.

On an earlier 2002 visit to the same area, the companions heard the same sounds and found a large barefoot print dwarfing a men's size 12 shoe.
Scream
Camping with three companions, the witness followed mumbling sounds and watched blond and black animals including a female with an infant before a tree was broken.
Growl
The witness's other sons and friends were chased from a creek drainage by something crashing, throwing objects, growling and hollering, pushing over a small tree.

The witness reports several other encounters involving strange dialect sounds, whistles, stomping, branch breaking, a howl and pounding on a tree.
Scream near Trout Lake, Washington
Four years earlier the witness camped at the same remote site with a companion and the companion's child and heard screams before dark, then after dark heard branch breaking and movement that shook the ground, garbage cans being disturbed, and a loud grunt.
Camper details possible encounters in 2005 and again in summer 2009 near Trout Lake
A group was camping overnight at a remote forested lakeside camp. After hearing distant screams that seemed to shift position and prolonged branch-breaking around camp, the witness stayed awake listening while others slept. The witness heard heavy running and breathing pass the RV and noticed moonlight through the windows dim briefly, then later the companion's son fled his tent to the RV reporting tree-banging, movement, darkness at the tent, and a voice imitation. No one saw anything, and the next morning knocking elicited whistle replies from the woods.
