A small research team camped for five days on the Missouri property to document ongoing rock-throwing activity. At night rocks repeatedly struck the tent, table, chairs and vehicle from a ridge above. The team marked piles of rocks with marker and later found marked rocks thrown into camp, along with foot tracks and a handprint.

The tent-mate stayed awake most of the night hearing something walking around the woods that seemed to approach the tent, but headlamp checks showed nothing. On a weekend camping trip, the guest and his friend heard a fawn-like distress sound that seemed to approach. The friend ran toward it with a light while the guest followed behind. The friend saw a tall grayish-silver upright figure move between trees and dart away. Next morning they found a snapped trip line, a missing bell, and a large human-like track looking toward them.

A young child reported a furry smelly cowman at the field edge, followed by an older sibling being followed by heavy footsteps and a father finding long coarse hair on a loosened fence wire. That evening the father and son were chased from the woods, night howls with whoops continued, and a large shape spoke and made faces at the bedroom window. The mother shot at an arm reaching for the child, the family fled, and returning days later found the house interior violently torn apart.

After hearing loud footsteps, heavy breathing and branches snapping close by, the witness saw a tall shaggy creature about twenty feet away scraping at the ground for a couple minutes before standing, looking around and leaving down the valley.

The witness describes a fall investigation in a remote forest north of the city. A prior night vigil yielded stomps, calls, knocks and sounds of something circling camp. Follow-up reconnaissance found sharpened sticks staked across a game trail, tracks along a nearby river, and a very tall teepee structure the next day.

A week after moving into the second house, the guest, his wife, and his visiting parents were awakened around 2 a.m. by a sharp whistle and bipedal footsteps outside and aggressive banging on the bedroom window unit. In the morning they found spaced impressions leading from the tree line to both bedrooms and around the house, a river stone atop the high window unit, and a large forearm-shaped hair impression above garbage.
