Sasquatch sighting in Florida (2012)
In 2012 the witness took his son to Myakka State Park. They found a 14 to 14.5-inch track off the main trail, followed back-and-forth walking in palmettos, and the son then saw a very tall creature for four to six seconds and drew it. Park staff directed them to a biologist who dismissed it without viewing the drawing.
Two witnesses discover and document a large three-toed track
While hunting bears in timber country, the witness and a relative entered a clear-cut and noticed a large footprint in mud on a slope above a logging road. The impression was described as human-like with three toes and measuring about 14 by 7 inches. The witness later returned to create a plaster cast that was videotaped and photographed.

A family saw a long trail of large footprints with a wide stride in fresh snow outside their window. The trail ran for a distance and then stopped with no further tracks, as if the maker had disappeared.

A field researcher and a companion found a camp that appeared violently destroyed, with a damaged tent, blood, large tracks and snapped trees. They called emergency services, received no immediate response, and documented the scene on video. The account was later subject to alleged pressure and editing requirements.
