Witness described activity in area; footprint find

The witness brought researchers to a ranch with a very high fence and iron-tube gate. While examining the gate, the group found two large deep imprints in mud spaced apart. The witness interpreted the marks as ball-of-foot and toe landings from something jumping off the top of the gate.
