Track found in mud/gravel on side of a road
The witness drove to the area of a prior 2009 report to look for recent tracks along game trails. On the north side of 504 near Mile Marker 36, the witness found a single track in a mud and gravel slope above the roadway and photographed it. Extended searching along 504 toward [name withheld] Lake produced only deer, elk, and mountain lion tracks. The witness marked the location with a soda can on a stick.
Juvenile bigfoots spotted as well as other evidence
The witness returned with two companions to a snowy roadside area where tracks had been found the prior week. During the visit they found fresh juvenile-like tracks and large snowed-over tracks near urine-like spray marks, heard loud high-pitched screams from across the valley on three occasions, and checked a baited trail camera. The companions reportedly saw two small upright figures briefly on nearby ridges before the group left as darkness fell.
Bare footprints found in mud by children
When the witness was about 12 years old, the witness and a companion were playing in a wooded neighborhood a day after rain. The companion spotted large barefoot-like marks in mud, and the pair followed the long-stride trail across grass toward a small swamp leading to woods. The witness later associated the find with interest in Bigfoot.
Youth recounts family story of rock throwing in Trinity Alps
The witness's father and his brothers were hunting and went to a creek to recover a relative's coat and knife. After crossing the creek the woods went silent, they heard something running, had rocks thrown at them, and caught glimpses of a hairy upright creature. Broken tops on small trees were also noted.
